From time to time I enjoy visiting the Thruxton Circuit in the heart of Hampshire. It is the fastest circuit in the UK and one of the longest at 2.4 miles.
These pictures were taken 13th June 2015 using a Canon 7D fitted with a Canon 70-200 1.4L IS USM. Apart from adjusting the colours and cropping, the pictures are as they were taken on the day. I set the shutter speed to 1/125 sec and 'panned' to achieve the motion blur in the background and the rotation of the wheels.
